Protecting your personal data is important to me. I process your data exclusively on the basis of the applicable legal provisions (GDPR, German Federal Data Protection Act / BDSG). In this privacy policy I inform you about how data is processed in connection with this website.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA, and Cloudflare Germany GmbH, Rosental 7, 80331 Munich, Germany.
A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider. For data transfers to the USA, the provider relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
4. Server log files
When this website is accessed, the hosting provider automatically collects technical data and stores it in log files:
- IP address of the requesting device
- date and time of access
- name and URL of the file retrieved
- browser and operating system used
This data is necessary for the technically error-free and secure operation of the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). This data is not combined with other data sources, and it is not analysed for advertising purposes.
5. No cookies, no analytics, no external services
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools. No profiles of your behaviour are created. A consent banner is therefore not required.
No content is loaded from third-party servers — no maps, no social media embeds, no external scripts. Visiting this website therefore transfers no data to third parties.
6. Fonts
The typeface used (Poppins) is served from my own server. There is no connection to Google Fonts or any other font provider; your IP address is not passed on to anyone in this context.
7. Videos
The videos on this website are files stored directly on this website's own server and played back by your browser. No video platforms such as YouTube or Vimeo are embedded. No data is transferred to external video services.
The videos start muted. Sound is played only if you switch it on yourself using the sound button.
8. Contact by email
This website contains no contact form. If you send me an email, I process the data you provide (name, email address, content of your message) exclusively in order to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries). I do not pass this data on without your consent, and I delete it as soon as its purpose no longer applies and no statutory retention periods prevent deletion.
